2. Reprints, Refunds, and Return Exceptions:

   • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any issues. While SHOPHAT is committed to addressing concerns related to print quality or adherence, we do not offer reprints or refunds for issues arising from poor-quality files.

3. Art File Transfer:

   • Proper file submission is crucial for quality printing. We accept the following file types:
     • List of accepted files ( PDF, PNG, Tiff).
     • Vector files are preferred, while raster art should be a minimum of 300 dpi at the actual size.

4. Defective Items:

   • Defective items, including those with tears, holes, or other issues, will be promptly replaced or partially refunded. Please contact our customer service team for assistance if you encounter any problems with your purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
